About Heatherbrook
The Village of Heatherbrook is one of five developments within the greater Valley Ponds Community located in Morgantown, PA. Heatherbrook contains 45 townhouse units in nine multi-unit buildings on the quiet street of Heather Way. Residents of Heatherbrook enjoy access to the Valley Ponds Community Clubhouse, a pool, and a tot lot.
The community is currently managed by Richard A Zuber Realty. Paula Babb is the manager who can be contacted for maintenance, questions, concerns and complaints. The community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Hours of operation for the pool is as follows: When school is in session Monday to Friday the pool opens 4PM to 7PM once school is closed for summer the pool is open daily 11 am to 7 pm.
The Tot Lot is open when it is light out. No one should be on the tot lot in night hours.
